Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing products from Salted Desert. We always strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and welcome any feedback from you. Before purchasing any of our products please take time to read our return policy, as outlined below:
For purchases of hand-crafted apothecary items (oils, topicals, etc.), aromatherapy items, gourd art, crystals, and salt-related products:
General returns are NOT accepted. Most of these items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or are made of natural substances that can have slight variations in color/texture. These variations are considered normal, but do not in any way affect the quality of the product.
Refunds, or replacements, will be issued for products damaged during shipping – please provide clear, well-lit photos of the item and email to salteddesert@gmail.com. Please include the name on the order and any reference number. We will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to discuss options for replacement or refund. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving any items damaged during shipping.
Order cancellation MUST be done prior to the order being shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
Credit card Refunds:
Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show up in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on the issuer.
